 To fully understand the Eucharist, we must first look through the eyes of first century Jews to understand Hebrew Scripture and Jewish traditions. Dr Pitre guides us though the three Key Images    of the New Testament, 1) Why the early Jews (who were forbidden to drink blood      (Lev 17:11), quickly accepted Jesus in the Eucharist. 2) What is missing at the Last Supper, and 3) How does the Eucharist relate to the Bread of the Presence from the Old Testament. You will find the Eucharist come alive for you like never before.
